Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number information to track your order. After you receive your tracking confirmation email please allow 24-48 hours for our transporter system to update (you will not receive tracking as soon as order is placed). Please make sure to enter your accurate email address when ordering.

Initially the hair does not tangle.. Over time depending on one’s maintenance the hair may tangle. This can be taken care of by using a wig brushing combing through hair from the bottom up, shampooing and allowing the hair to air dry.

It is recommended that you let a licensed professional care for and install your hair. Bundles should be shampooed and conditioned after 2-3 weeks of continued wear. Bundles may be lightened & colored. All bundles are 3.5 oz in weight. With proper care bundles can last up to 2 years.

Yes. All of our hair/units are 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional.

Absolutely, treat your unit like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your hair/unit once every 2-3 weeks, be sure to avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
